Our Story
Growing up in New Orleans, the arrival of Mardi Gras season always meant one thing: the joyful anticipation of that first slice of king cake. From childhood memories of colorful parades and family gatherings, we’ve carried forward the true taste of home — rich, buttery brioche-style dough twisted into a festive ring, topped with sweet icing and the iconic purple, green, and gold sugars that represent justice, faith, and power.
Our traditional king cake captures that classic flavor: a soft, slightly sweet pastry with a hint of cinnamon, just like the ones we looked forward to every Carnival season.
We also offer a variety of filled king cakes for those who love a little extra indulgence, keeping the same festive spirit and authentic New Orleans roots while adding a rich, decadent surprise inside.
